Todd Barman, senior program officer with the National Trust Main Street Center, facilitated a market research service for Main Street Dodge City in 2011. The service involved building the capacity of Main Street Dodge City, and the stakeholders they serve, to know their market. This service was also designed to provide specific direction on how to use that knowledge of the market to guide Main Street Dodge City's scope of work and proactively create a vibrant marketplace. This portion of the service focused on targeted primary research. Barman assisted Main Street Dodge City in asking and answering specific market related questions for downtown Dodge City through an intercept survey.
