Two New Businesses Open Downtown

Over the summer months the downtown area as been a busy place with the Main Street Festival, Dodge City Days, and several other events and activities.  Adding to this excitement has been the opening of two new businesses:  Salvaged Treasures and Dodge City Snow Station.

Salvaged Treasures

Within this store, located at 315 Gunsmoke, customers will be able to find a variety of items including new, used, unused and the extraordinary, along with a sprinkling of antiques and collectibles.  While shopping there feel free to ask “What can this be used for?”, as one of the staff will surely come up with a great idea!

Dodge City Snow Station

Located at 501 N. 2nd Avenue, Dodge City Snow Station is serving ice cream that you have grown to love, with a twist you probably haven’t seen before!  Not only do they offer the only “shaved” ice cream in town, but they have flavors and toppings like papaya, mango, and litchi that can’t be found any other place!  Stop by and check out the newest ice cream sensation in historic Downtown Dodge City.  The Dodge City Snow Station is open Monday – Friday from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m.
